New to our range is the 40mm hexagonal frame gazebo. It has the same features as our Industrial gazebo with a 40mm frame instead of 50mm

40mm hexagonal aluminium outer leg framework with reinforced nylon pull pin joints. It has telescopic legs with 5 different height settings with a 3" increment between each setting.
Full roof truss with rectangular cross bars and bolt and nut system which allows easy replacement of bars. Comes complete with heavy duty wheeled carry bag. We can offer a full range of replacement parts should the worst happen.
500gsm Polyester PVC coated fabric on roof and sides - Fire Retardant to BS7837:1996 with fully taped seams to ensure a leak proof cover. PVC coated material is much more waterproof than a PU coating.

Industrial grade Pop up Gazebos

550gsm Polyester PVC coated fabric - Fire Retardant to BS7837:1996 with fully taped seams to ensure a leak proof cover. Corner screw thread retainers on the roof canopy to ensure that the cover stays on in inclement weather. Material samples are available on request.

These industrial grade pop up gazebos are constructed from extremely strong and thick aluminium (50mm x 2.5mm) with steel metal joints. Complete with bungs on the end of the frame tubes to prevent tearing of the roof cover. The industrial gazebo has 5 different height settings with a maximum eave clearance of 7' 4" and a maximum overall height of 11' 7". There are then five different height settings to reduce this with 3" increments between settings.

Full roof truss with cross bars and bolt & nut system which allows easy replacement of bars. Comes complete with carry bag. We can offer a full range of replacement parts, if the worst should happen and a full 12 months manufacturers' defect warranty.

Includes matching sides. Two of the sides have windows with a roll up/down blind. This can be closed for those who wish to close the structure up overnight at a show and they can be rolled up and held in place with velcro to allow more light. There is also one blank side and one with a zipper doorway.

Sides attach with velcro on legs and thick velcro strip which runs the full length of the roof valance with the addition of zipped corners to ensure sides do not fly open in windy weather.

Large triangular feet for pegging/bolting down. Comes complete with ropes for corners and four large stakes.

Instant Awnings Stability

Instant Awnings in windy conditions?
Instant Awnings will free stand on hard or soft surfaces, and the structure is perfectly stable when conditions are calm. We always recommend securing your Instant Awning in the best possible way, in case conditions unexpectedly change for the worse. We provide you with a very useful tie down kit (Guy ropes & pegs) which will help you to secure your Instant Awning at all times. When condition get bad remember what the wind is capable of it has been known to lift rooves never mind a gazebo.

Spring loaded canopy
Every Instant Awning boasts a special spring loaded canopy which many of our competitors do not offer. This allows the canopy to flex downwards when subjected to strong winds or heavy rain, absorbing some of the force.

Tie Down Kit
A tie down kit is provided as standard with all Instant Awnings. This consists of four stakes and four guy ropes. Connect each guy rope to each corner of your Awning using the clips, and then tie the other end of the guy ropes around each of the stakes provided in the tie down kit. Now place each stake in the ground at a distance from the Awning ensuring the guy ropes are tort. We recommend using the tie down kit as instructed at all times.

Steel Ground Plate Set
We highly recommend weighted feet whether you are operating on hard or soft surfaces. Each set adds between 13kgs per leg & . Ground plates are especially important if you are operating on hard surfaces because it is often hard to use any guy ropes.

Due to the fact that Instant Awnings are free standing and can be set up in just one minute, it is obvious that they need to be secured well if they are going to be exposed to windy conditions. Following our instructions above will enable you to operate trouble free in windy conditions.
